Materials

The situation calls for building of sites meeting the EU standards in regard to the quality of construction works and in regard to the variety of the services offered, as well.

Each of the luxury houses will be built up with high-quality materials, as follows:

The houses will be built up mainly with natural materials, suitable for the regional climate. The buildings are founded on a reinforced concrete framed structure, and the exterior and partition walls are of read bricks. Double heat insulation and waterproofing of expanded polysterene are used. The houses are decorated with elements typical for the region: stone facing and panelling, white walls and sloped roofs, the second floor is built-up wholly with solid wood.

The unconventional architectural design of the holiday village corresponds entirely to the romantic nature and to the local architectural tradition. The holiday village descends down the amphitheatrically positioned hills, thus providing a view to the magnificent nature

Predela Resort

“Predel” resort is located at a distance of 12 km from Razlog, 15 km from Bansko and 40 km from Blagoevgrad. Its area is 4 000 000 sq.m. at an altitude of 1000-1200 m. The place main advantage is the plenty of drinkable water and the good infrastructure. Surrounded by enchanting pine and beech forests, it is the geographical link between the Rila and Pirin Mountains. “Predel” resort district has anything necessary to satisfy all the requirements of the visitors. Since year 1962 the “Pirin Pe’e” Festival – a singing competition for folklore groups coming from all over Bulgaria has been held in the locality with the same name. At the same time “Predela” is among the most attractive summer resorts. In the season, in which whole Europe swelters, one can find a cool place in the Pirin Mountains, can go for a picnic at the side of some of the numerous cold mountain brooks. Tourist horse-riding and walking routes can be arranged here. In “Predel” resort district there are paths and routes leading to various natural landmarks, lakes, brooks, rivers, chalets, etc. Due to its numerous creeks, the place attracts the zealous fishermen with the best mountain fish.
The ski area “Kulinoto” is located at a distance of 1,7 km from “Predel”. Its location in the northern part of Pirin is a guarantee to the zealous skiers that they will find snow there until spring.
