Payment Plan A
1 000 EUR reservation deposit - to be deducted from the final price, although in the event of no purchase the fee shall not be paid back. The reservation deposit takes the property, chosen by you, off the market for a period of 2 weeks.

30 % initial deposit upon preliminary contract conclusion
30 % payment due upon rough construction completion
30 % upon facade framework mounting and finishing works initiation
10 % payment due upon property transfer

Payment Plan B: - 2 % lower price
1 000 EUR reservation deposit - to be deducted from the final price, although in the event of no purchase the fee shall not be paid back. The reservation deposit takes the property, chosen by you, off the market for a period of 2 weeks.

50 % initial deposit upon preliminary contract conclusion
30 % payment due upon rough construction completion
